Responsibilities
As a Banquet Houseperson, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work
- Setting up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest, including transporting awkward and heavy materials
- Supplying and replenishing meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water
- Breaking down all meeting rooms after meetings conclude and returning to storage closet
- Maintaining the established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms
- Complying with attendance rules and being available to work on a regular basis
- Performing any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- A self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to assist co-workers and be a team player
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
