Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and breakdown of banquet events with precision—clean linens, polished silverware, and chip-free china
- Coordinate the flow of service to ensure meals are served smoothly and on time
- Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners
- Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting
- Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running efficiently
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- At least 6 months of banquet food service experience
- Leadership potential or experience
- Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)
- Physical stamina—ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand during your entire shift
