Responsibilities
- Manage event flow and ensure smooth execution of all banquet events.
- Cook and prepare food items according to recipes provided.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment and supplies needed for the event.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the event space.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints during the event.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in using kitchen equipment and following recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
