Responsibilities
- Serve as a supervisor for service staff, coordinating with kitchen and event coordinators to ensure high quality service, setup, and breakdown of events at Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester, MI.
- Assists in developing and directing team to provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Stand/walk for long shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, and push/pull carts.
Requirements
- High School diploma, or GED.
- 2 years’ experience in the food and beverage service industry.
- Ability to stand/walk for long shifts, lift up to 35 lbs, and push/pull carts.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Tips Certification and Food Handlers certification.
