Banquet Bartender

About the role

Bartenders prepare and serve drinks to customers, mixing and matching ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. The role focuses on interacting with hotel guests to ensure they have a great experience at the bar or lounge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
