Responsibilities
- Set up bar(s) in function area(s) according to standard policies and guest requests.
- Make and serve drinks to guests, following all hotel, state, and federal laws and/or policies.
- Remove all trash and/or empty glasses from public areas.
- Break down and clean bar(s) thoroughly at completion of the function(s), ensuring the bar and all supplies are returned to proper storage areas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
An alcohol serving certification from an approved vendor such as TIPS or a state-approved program is a plus.
