Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and proactively with a warm welcome.
• Create a comfortable, relaxing, and fun atmosphere to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain positive guest relations and display “spotlight” behaviors.
• Ensure proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
• Keep bar storage areas clean at all times and handle glasses properly.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment, following proper rotating procedures.
• Take food orders from guests at the bar and dining area and serve per the course of order.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and able to obtain a Safe Serve License.
• 2+ years of prior bartending experience required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $9.55 - $11.95 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by factors including experience, education, and work location.

Sign-on bonus: $500 (tiered payout structure contingent on employment status and hours worked).

Schedule

Weekdays and weekends are required. Standard hours can vary between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
