Banquet Attendant

About the role

Banquet Attendant positions are available at Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Set up banquet rooms, tables, linens, china, glassware, and silverware according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages while following service and alcohol policies.
• Take orders, process payments, and accurately record transactions when required.
• Communicate guest requests, allergies, and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow clean-as-you-go practices.
• Break down and reset banquet spaces after events.
• Restock supplies and complete opening and closing duties.
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete event set-ups accurately and on time.
• Works well under pressure and follows verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Minimum of one year of serving experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
• To obtain required food handler and alcohol service certifications.
