Key Responsibilities Clear, clean, and set up banquet areas before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details meet quality standards. Approach all guest and employee interactions with friendliness and a service-oriented attitude. Follow safety and sanitation standards to uphold hygiene and cleanliness. Handle basic guest inquiries and issues, escalating more complex concerns to supervisory staff. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related hospitality field preferred. Ability to get Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations). Ability to perform work under direct supervision and handle basic issues independently. Strong organizational skills and clerical abilities. Excellent oral communication skills and a customer/client-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends.
