Porzio, Bromberg & Newman seeks a full-time Associate to join our National Bankruptcy practice.
Responsibilities
- Excellent research, writing, communication and analytical skills required.
- Experience in restructuring companies in financial distress.
- Representing creditors committees in Chapter 11 proceedings.
- Assisting clients in multi-national insolvency-related litigation.
Requirements
- New Jersey and/or New York admission required.
Qualifications

Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
