We are seeking a Bankruptcy Associate to join a well-established restructuring practice. This role is designed for an attorney who wants to take on meaningful responsibility while developing under the guidance of experienced practitioners.
- Assist with bankruptcy and restructuring matters across a variety of industries
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Support case strategy and legal analysis for ongoing matters
- Conduct research and prepare concise, practical written work product
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience drafting motions and court filings preferred
- Exposure to complex financial or insolvency-related matters is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Interest in developing long-term expertise in restructuring
Requirements
- Admitted to practice in MA (or ability to waive in)
- Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment
- Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Commitment to growth and mentorship within a collaborative practice
