Duties
- Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various contracts and agreements
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various banking, real estate, and corporate matters to clients
- Complete due diligence related to banking, corporate, and real estate transactions
- Assess risk and advise on risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
- Conduct research on current and emerging legal issues in the Banking/Transactional, Corporate, and Real Estate Practice areas
- Offer legal advice on matters regarding fiscal responsibilities and transactions
- Offer legal counsel on general compliance matters
- Work out issues that arise from projects
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience
- Demonstrated drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A high level of organizational skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
