Duties

  • Negotiate, draft, review, and revise various contracts and agreements
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on various banking, real estate, and corporate matters to clients
  • Complete due diligence related to banking, corporate, and real estate transactions
  • Assess risk and advise on risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies
  • Conduct research on current and emerging legal issues in the Banking/Transactional, Corporate, and Real Estate Practice areas
  • Offer legal advice on matters regarding fiscal responsibilities and transactions
  • Offer legal counsel on general compliance matters
  • Work out issues that arise from projects

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Demonstrated drafting, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A high level of organizational skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
