Banking Training Program

Role Overview: This position focuses on providing intensive job training through a program that offers classroom skill development, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching across four career pathways, including Customer Experience. Responsibilities: Deliver technical and professional training in Banking and Customer Success.Support interns and participants in gaining industry knowledge, professional skills, and career readiness.Assist participants with resume building, interview preparation, networking, and ongoing career guidance.Facilitate access to internships with leading organizations, such as major banks, through industry partnerships. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; no Bachelor’s degree required.Eligible to work in the U.S. and highly motivated to learn.Strong relationship-building, communication, and professional skills.Ability to support and mentor young adults in career development. Key Duties: Provide training and mentorship to program participants.Coordinate internship opportunities and support participants through placement.Help participants develop customer-centric, finance, and professional skills.Guide participants in career path exploration and job readiness.Support ongoing program development and participant success.
