Role Overview: This position focuses on providing intensive job training and career development in the Customer Experience pathway, combining technical and professional skills in Banking and Customer Success. Responsibilities Deliver industry-relevant training and mentorship to participants.Support participants in acquiring product, service, and finance knowledge.Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills.Coordinate internship opportunities with leading organizations, such as major banks.Provide ongoing coaching and support to help launch participants’ careers. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.Eligibility to work in the U.S.Motivated to develop technical and professional skills.Strong relationship-building and entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to support diverse participants through training and mentorship. Key Duties: Facilitate skill development, connect participants with internships, support career growth, and foster a customer-centric mindset while preparing them for roles in finance, sales, and support functions.
