Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical and professional training in Customer Experience, including Banking or Customer Success.
• Support internship placements and assist participants in developing customer-centric and professional business skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to help participants launch their careers.
• Deliver training and support internship placement efforts.
• Assist with resume building and interview preparation.
• Promote career growth in fields such as finance, sales, product support, and patient services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Motivation to learn technical and professional skills.
• Availability for program activities.
