Banking Operations Coordinator

Role Overview: This position involves supervising and supporting tellers to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient daily financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee cash operations, including vault, ATM, and TCRs, ensuring security and accuracy.Process client transactions accurately, using sound judgment to prevent fraud and errors.Communicate operational updates and enforce security controls and access procedures.Manage risk and compliance through audits, record retention, and adherence to policies.Lead client experience initiatives, resolve issues, and support transactional efficiency.Cross-sell products, explain offerings, and promote business growth through referrals.Supervise and coach staff, handle scheduling, evaluate performance, and facilitate training.Conduct team meetings to enhance sales, product knowledge, and service quality. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-5 years of experience or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. No specific licenses are required.
