About the role
Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program designed for young adults. It offers skill development, internships, job placement services, personalized coaching, and mentorship through four unique career pathways. Participants also receive an educational stipend.
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to running a business through technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success
- Access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement
- Internships may be at JPMorganChase, Bank of America, or other leading organizations in the Phoenix area
Requirements
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not having obtained a Bachelor's degree

Benefits

- Average starting salary for employed graduates is $53,000 per year
Pay
- $525 per week educational stipend during the internship phase
