Responsibilities
- Teller Job Duties:
- Assisting clients with processing transactions.
- Resolving complaints or account discrepancies.
- Answering questions.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and clients.
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Packing cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the banking center vault.
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information responsibly.
- Client Service Representative Job Duties:
- Onboarding new clients.
- Managing existing client’s bank accounts.
- Opening and closing accounts.
- Placing stop pays.
- Issuing debit and gift cards.
- Filing disputes.
- Wire Agreement onboarding.
- Solving client queries.
- Management Job Duties:
- Promoting a positive environment for team members and clients.
- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and clients.
- Managing the NSF List.
- Overseeing timely submissions required by other departments.
- Facilitating and leading Weekly Connection Meetings.
- Coaching and mentoring banking center team members.
- Ensuring the banking center is clean, safe, and appearance is maintained.
- Resolving client concerns professionally, timely, and with excellent communication.
- Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
- Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

- Representing the bank in the communities we serve by volunteering.
- Business Development Job Duties:
- Developing, maintaining, and growing deposit and loan portfolios.
- Identifying opportunities to meet client needs through non-interest income products.
- Meting or exceeding annual deposit and loan goals.
- Participating in civic responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Four (4) years of banking experience required.
- One (1) year of leadership experience required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Exceptional time management, communication, client experience, and computer skills.
- Bilingual may be preferred.
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
