Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and provides advice on banking products and services.
• Builds trust with customers through educational content and tools, and provides consultative support.
• Advocates with proactive insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers and deepen relationships.
• Serves customers on the teller line and platform, handling tasks such as opening/closing accounts, servicing transactions, and resolving issues.
• Manages customer relationships by scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, and managing lead generation activities.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and policies, and maintains accurate records.
• Completes required job-specific and compliance-related training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with customers in any capacity.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: One year of experience working with customers.
• Skills: Demonstrated customer service skills, strong organization and communication skills, effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
