Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions, opening new accounts, and providing educational support on banking products and services.
• Delivers end-to-end advice to customers, building trust through educational content and tools, and providing consultative support.
• Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers, acquiring and deepening relationships by offering advice and guidance.
• Accurately completes everyday banking transactions, uncovering customer financial needs, and educating on products, services, and tools.
• Serves customers on the teller line and platform, handling tasks such as personal deposit account opening, everyday bank transactions, debit and credit card issues, and mobile/on-line banking.
• Manages customer relationships by creating and managing self-generated leads, managing partner referrals, conducting outreach, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing leads.
• Identifies and promotes opportunities to customers, referring them to appropriate experts and partners to address their financial needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, maintains accurate records, and responds promptly to external audits and regulatory requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience working with customers in any capacity.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Qualifications
