Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and provides advice on banking products and services.
• Builds trust with customers through educational content and tools.
• Provides consultative support and makes proactive recommendations to customers.
• Uses TD's systems and tools to engage with customers and manage relationships.
• Serves customers on the teller line and digital platforms, handling tasks like opening/closing accounts, transactions, and card issues.
• Manages customer wait times and schedules appointments.
• Manages self-generated and partner referrals, and engages in lead management activities.
• Identifies and promotes customer financial needs, and refers them to appropriate experts.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and maintains accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience working with customers.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of experience working with customers.
• Skills: Demonstrated customer service skills, strong organization and communication skills, effective problem-solving and scheduling abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
