Banking Associate - (30 Hours Weekly) - Middle Village (Bilingual Polish or Italian Preferred)

About the role

The Banking Associate role is located in Middle Village, New York, USA. This position is responsible for delivering TD's Brand promise at a store location, performing a wide range of tasks, and providing advice and educational support on banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and opens new accounts
• Provides consultative support and proactively recommends products and services
• Engages customers through lead management activities, including appointment setting and customer outreach
• Ensures accurate completion of everyday banking transactions, uncovering customer financial needs and educating on available products and services
• Serves customers on the teller line and platform, handling personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit and credit card issues, and mobile/on-line banking
• Manages customer relationships by building trust through educational content and tools, and by identifying and addressing customer financial needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working with customers in any capacity
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Teller experience preferred

Pay

$23.75 - $31.00 USD per hour

Schedule

Hours are flexible and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
