About the role
The Banking Associate role is located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, USA. This position is responsible for delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location, performing a wide range of tasks, and providing advice and educational support on banking products and services.
Responsibilities
- Processes customer transactions and opening new accounts
- Provides consultative support and proactively recommends products and services
- Engages with customers to deepen relationships and manage customer expectations
- Manages customer interactions, including appointments and lead management
- Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Teller experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 1 year of experience working with customers

The base pay for this role ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
