Role Overview

The Sales and Service Banker - Bilingual English/Spanish serves as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, processing teller transactions, identifying cross-sell opportunities, resolving issues, and educating clients on digital banking tools.

Key Duties

• Meet customer financial needs through transactional and product support

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
• 12+ months sales experience or related retail banking experience
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments
• Cash handling experience
• Strong relationship-building, sales, and cross-selling skills
• Proficient with digital tools and technology
• Ability to work collaboratively, follow procedures, and manage multiple priorities
