Bank Service Supervisor

Position: Bank Service Supervisor Location: Lahaina, HI Pay: $55,176 to $65,000/year (Depending on experience) Experience 2 years of experience in bank operations required.2 years of supervisory experience required (may be obtained concurrently). Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pmRotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Bank Service Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Hard Skills: Supervise all phases of branch operations so that daily activities are completed accurately and on time.Manage branch workflow and assign staff coverage to maintain service levels during all business hours.Resolve escalated customer issues and handle complex inquiries promptly and professionally.Enforce compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across the branch.Lead, coach, and support branch staff to build a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.Use sound judgment and discretion when handling customer transactions and confidential information. Position Requirements Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a banking or financial services setting.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.Pleasant, tactful, and professional demeanor when working with customers and staff.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.Ability to operate a 10-key adding machine and type at least 40 words per minute.Reliable and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
