Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of new orders and reorders within the wholesale system
- Supervision and support of Account Services Coordinators
- Maintenance and review of customer order records
- Management of customer sample requests and feedback communication
- Primary point of contact for customers, buyers, and internal partners
- Management of multiple projects and deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, M3 preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Pay
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65K-$70K.
