About the role

We believe every individual has the potential to achieve more, and our role is to support, encourage and empower them on their journey to greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Support our residents with a variety of daily tasks, including personal care tasks (where required)
• Provide social and emotional support to encourage participation in center activities
• Offer companionship by taking an interest in residents' lives

Requirements

• You must have a valid proof of right to work in the UK
• You must have strong and clear communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering compassionate care
• You should be flexible and be able to adapt to residents' changing needs and routines
• You need to have the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• You should have patience, eagerness to learn and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• No prior experience in care is essential
