Purpose of Position
Aid in the daily operational functions of the Rehab Department, adhering to current accounting standards and directives from the Administrator/Rehab Director/Financial Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain client records, including medical history, medications, and treatment details.
- Prepare and submit client intake and personnel forms.
- Communicate with clients, families, and authorized parties via various means.
- Compile and submit training, attendance, and counseling reports.
- Review and verify training approval forms and payment vouchers.
- Schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and provide information as needed.
- Assess residents' skills in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) under supervision.
- Report any changes in residents' conditions or safety issues promptly.
- Carry out restorative treatments and assist with exercises as directed by therapists.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report breaches.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with CNA certification preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Independent decision-making ability.
- Tactful interpersonal skills with diverse groups.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and willingness to adapt to various maturity levels.
- Basic computer skills and data management abilities.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and meet workplace requirements.
Schedule
24-hour shift, rotating days, 8:30a-4:30p, rotating weekends and occasional holidays.

Pay Information
Hiring pay range: $20.51 - $26.66 per hour.
