The Opportunity: Join our Operations practice as a Test Execution Leader, driving quality assurance by evaluating systems and software to identify defects, errors, or gaps. In this Senior Manager role, you’ll lead test execution, mentor teams, and solve complex problems while fostering innovation and inclusivity. Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
• Manage defect identification and resolution processes to enhance software quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
• Implement automation testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of test environments and data models.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
