Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution Leader - Sr Manager
The Opportunity: Join our Operations practice as a Test Execution Leader and drive quality assurance by evaluating systems or software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality. In this Senior Manager role, you will lead test execution, mentor teams, and solve complex problems while fostering an inclusive environment. You’ll combine technical expertise with creative thinking to innovate products and meet evolving client needs, using systems thinking to address underlying challenges and communicate impactful insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance
- Manage defect identification and resolution processes to enhance software quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals
- Implement automation testing frameworks to streamline testing processes
- Oversee the development and maintenance of test environments and data models
- Apply analytical thinking to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
- Facilitate open and honest coaching conversations to improve team performance
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage and deliver testing projects efficiently
- Craft clear and impactful messages to communicate testing outcomes and insights
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine testing approaches
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 years of experience

Pay
Salary range: $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
