The Opportunity

As a leader in Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution, you will drive testing and quality assurance efforts, evaluating systems or software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality. Within our Operations practice, you will execute test cases and scenarios to validate that systems meet specified requirements and perform as expected. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your expertise and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to act and when to escalate, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams. This role places you at the forefront of software and product innovation, combining technical experience with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, using systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to direct teams through complexity and maintain composure in challenging situations will contribute to the firm’s success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance
• Manage defect identification and resolution processes to enhance software quality
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
