Bank Healthcare Support Worker - Access to Nursing

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 2 healthcare support worker to work within the staff bank at NHS Tayside. The staff bank centrally coordinates bank shifts for all nursing and midwifery services across NHS Tayside through an electronic booking system, allowing you the flexibility to book the shifts you want and in the location you prefer.

Responsibilities

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Requirements

Previous health or social care experience is desirable for this post, with the opportunity to undertake additional skills and work up to Band 3.
