Bank Business Process Consultant Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Bank Business Process Consultant Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape how key banking processes evolve, with a strong focus on operational effectiveness, risk awareness, and strategic alignment. The consultant will partner across business, technology, and control functions to identify transformation opportunities and guide complex initiatives from idea through planning. A key part of the role is using data, process expertise, and AI-enabled thinking to improve how the organization serves customers and manages its operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,310 – $243,340 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI-driven business capabilities. Define the strategic vision for transforming business processes. Enhance bank processes to align with strategy and risk management. Drive ideation and planning for complex projects. Apply risk and compliance methodologies to business strategies. Consult to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Use data analytics to identify transformation opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience. 8+ years of experience in business process consultation and design. Deep understanding of contact center operations and technology trends. Proven experience in process improvement and quality management. Expertise in bank products and regulatory frameworks.
