Bama Production Manufacturing Machine Operator -Frozen Dough (Apache & Lewis)

About the role

Battle Creek, MI-based Bama Production is seeking a Machine Operator - Frozen Dough (Apache & Lewis) to join our team. This position is responsible for operating machinery to produce frozen dough products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Adjust machinery settings as needed to meet production goals
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience in manufacturing or food processing
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and safety procedures
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with similar machinery
• Excellent attention to detail

Skills

• Proficient in using computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
