The Opportunity As a Baler Operator, you will play an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production environment. Your work supports uninterrupted operation of the Air Hammer Strippers by ensuring waste is removed, compacted, and properly sorted for recycling. This position is critical to overall workflow, safety, and housekeeping standards within the department.
