Baler

Responsibilities

• Load clothing into the bale machine until full.
• Remove the completed bale from the machine.
• Assist the forklift driver by placing the bale on the scale for weighing.
• Record the bale weight on the provided clipboard.
• Reload the bale machine with cardboard at the bottom, close the door, and repeat the process.
• Retrieve clothing from boxes and the floor when the gaylord box is emptied.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a warehouse environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to bend frequently to retrieve clothing from boxes and the floor.
