Join our team as a Production Technician at Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency in the bakery process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery to meet quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using industrial machinery and tools.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

Skills

• Knowledge of food processing and safety regulations.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
