Bakery Supervisor

About the role

The off-site training for this position will likely take place through September 2026. Training locations will be determined based on position and/or availability and will include our four Greater Raleigh Area locations in Cary, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Wake Forest.

Responsibilities

• Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
• Cook up to date on the latest trends and techniques in baking and pastry arts
• Coordinate the daily tasks of your team to ensure products are available timely for customers
• Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals

Requirements

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
• Computer skills
• Experience leading a team
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

$21.75 - $22.50 / hour
