Job Responsibilities
- Produces quality breads and pastries.
- Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
- Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
- Stocks dry products.
- Develops new recipes and production techniques.
- Trains production personnel.
- Plans and forecasts production for special events and holidays.
- Maintains Datapax system production modules.
- Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Maximizes sales potential.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties.
- Reports safety hazards and violations.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Standing/walking 6-8 hours per day.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, pulling.
- Bending, twisting, squatting, reaching.
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures: 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Exposure to wet and dry conditions.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Use of tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery.
- May require use of ladders.
Qualifications
No prior retail experience required.
