Bakery Prep Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and label baked goods accurately.
• Stock bakery shelves and displays.
• Aid with oven loading and product rotation.
• Maintain freshness and remove substandard items from displays.
• Ensure clean and organized prep areas.

Qualifications

• Food service or retail experience helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in warm environments.
