Bakery Manager

Location is flexible; the selected candidate will initially be placed at either our 50th Street Edina or Golden Valley location, with final assignment based on mutual fit.

About the role

We are hiring a full-time Bakery Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers. This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $33.13 per hour.

Schedule

We operate 7 days a week, open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The employee will be scheduled shifts within this range (6:00 AM–10:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees
• Merchandising product
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink
• Analyzing financials and ensuring the department meets financial goals
• Maintaining cleanliness of the department
• Supporting the General Manager/Store Manager in all phases of day-to-day store operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two-plus (2+) years' experience in bakery leadership
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts
• Strong understanding of retail operations
• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay

$33.13 per hour. The actual rate offered may vary based on skills, knowledge, expertise, experience, and internal equity.
