Job Title
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Provide relief for the bread line: covering divider, molders, oven proofer, pan stacker, slicer/feeder, robot operator, inspector, and basket feed.
- Support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment, as well as other operator-driven reliability (ODR) duties including, but not limited to, cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be available as scheduled and on call for reports offs.
- Must be able to work overtime.
Qualifications
- Must have the ability to perform the job, which will be determined on the basis of personal interview results.
- Must have a safety record, disciplinary record, quality of work, peer relationships, job performance, previous work history and experience.
Skills
- Ability to perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to perform other operator-driven reliability (ODR) duties.

Schedule
