Bakery Associate
Job Summary
The bakery associate position is full-time and offers flexibility with morning, afternoon, evening shifts, including weekends. The role is located in Charlotte, NC at 11550 N. Community House Road.
Compensation and Benefits
The bakery associate earns a base pay of $16.50 to $17 per hour. Comprehensive benefits include:

Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Baking, producing, and packaging baked goods
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions promptly
- Maintaining fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and aisles clean and well-stocked
- Maximizing sales through effective procedures for stocking, rotating, and merchandising products
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and restocking cases, displays, and backroom coolers
