About the role

Bend Pub is seeking a part-time Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and a passion for creating delicious baked goods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure consistent quality.
• Handle inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in baking or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
