About the Role
This is a multi-dimensional position that includes a range of tasks: prepping for retail and wholesale, packaging, making doughs and batters, and a lot of the general pastry work that true pastry gurus love: tarts, cakes, and other glorious baked things that make people happy.
The ideal candidate will produce products in the following categories and follow the menu rotation as instructed:
- Cookies/cookie doughs
- Muffins/muffin batters
- Scones
- Savory breakfast options
- Special orders
- Quick breads
- Bars and brownies
- Finishing/garnishing tarts, cakes, custards, and cream puffs
Follow all Healthy Living recipes exactly as written and maintain consistent quality products to HL standards.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality baked goods according to menu rotation and standards.
- Work with a purposeful sense of urgency while maintaining thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Engage positively with guests and teammates to create a welcoming and collaborative environment.
- Anticipate the needs of coworkers and guests, offering proactive assistance.
- Identify and address pain points in systems, bringing solutions to the table.

Pay
$17.00–$18.46/hour (previous experience taken into consideration).
Schedule
Part-time. Required availability: open, including weekends and holidays.
