Disclaimer: this job post is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all essential responsibilities, skills, tasks, or requirements associated with this position. While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the position posted, the Company reserves the right to modify or change the essential functions of the job based on business necessity. Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening. Details: https://info.flclearinghouse.com/ Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Chartwells Higher Ed maintains a drug-free workplace. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, diversity statement, disclaimer, background screening details, drug-free workplace, application instructions (text JOB, terms, etc.), note about online applications accepted only maybe keep? It's minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include location, address maybe in a short p. We need sections: About the role (maybe job summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (prior experience), Qualifications (maybe none?), Skills (maybe none), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour. So Pay section. Schedule: Part time schedule; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview. So Schedule section. Benefits: list of benefits for both full-time and part-time associates. Since this is part-time position, we should list benefits that part-time associates are eligible for: Opportunities for Training and Development, Retirement Plan, Associate Shopping Program, Health and Wellness Programs, Discount Marketplace, Identity Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, Voluntary Benefits (including Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Legal Services, Choice Auto and Home Program). Also note that full-time positions also offer additional benefits; but we can mention that part-time get those listed; full-time get additional. But we should not invent info; we can include the benefits as described, maybe separate bullet lists for part-time and full-time? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Benefits section with bullet list of all benefits mentioned (both part-time and full-time). But we need to be accurate: The posting says both full-time and part-time associates are eligible for the following benefits: then list. Then "In addition, full-time positions also offer the following benefits to associates:" then list. So we can include both lists, maybe under Benefits section with subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond the allowed ones? The instruction only says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings inside? Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we can have a Benefits

and inside we can have
  • for each benefit. We could separate part-time and full-time with maybe a note inside

but not a heading. That's okay. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include the part-time benefits list and also note that full-time get additional benefits (list them). We'll include both. Now About the role: Could use Job Summary: "Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications." Also maybe include location and hiring immediate. We'll put that in About the role. Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities list. Requirements: Prior experience decorating cakes, following recipes, and working in a shared kitchen is required. Qualifications: Not explicitly given besides requirement. Could be none. We should not create a Qualifications section if no specific content. So omit Qualifications. Skills: Not explicitly given; maybe we can infer but we should not invent. So omit Skills. Pay: Pay Range. Schedule: Part time schedule; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview. Now we need to remove boilerplate like "Join our campus team where you are valued..." etc. That's fluff but maybe considered substantive? It's marketing fluff; but it's not essential info. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Join our campus team..." is not boilerplate but maybe considered fluff; but it's not required to preserve? It says "Preserve ALL substantive information". Is that substantive? It's more like marketing. Might be considered not essential. Safer to keep? The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The fluff could be considered thin. I'd omit it. Also remove "Apply today!" etc. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
