Join our Food Services Team at Aramark and bring your passion for baking to life. You’ll work with top-of-the-line equipment, follow mouth-watering recipes, and explore different flavors and baking styles. We prioritize your health and safety with clear production and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Bake and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and more.
- Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, and mixers.
- Safely use a variety of utensils, including knives.
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
- Ensure security of company assets.
Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred.
- Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations (e.g., proper food handling, sanitation, and storage).
- Required to obtain food safety certification(s).
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, as well as wearing uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 to $21.00.
