About the role
As a Baker, you’ll be the heart of our bakery, arriving early (as early as 3AM) to bake the bagels that define us. You’ll ensure quality products are stocked and ready for each shift, help with order taking and sandwich making, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Teamwork and guest service are key.
Responsibilities
- Bake fresh bagels daily to maintain quality and availability
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift
- Assist with order taking, sandwich making, and guest service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3AM) and weekends
- Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours (reasonable accommodations may be made)

Pay
Hourly rate: $14.57 - $21.86 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position.
