Baker II

About the role

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. We believe our bakeries do more than just make the best breakfast in the neighborhood – we spread joy and happiness, and we’re committed to work‑life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2 PM so you never miss a dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. We’re looking for a Baker who arrives early (as early as 3 AM), turns on a podcast or favorite band, and takes care of what makes us who we are – bagels.

• Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, etc.
• Take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and keep a safe, clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at specific locations) and meet company driving qualifications.

Skills
