BAKER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediate full-time BAKER positions at the Fidelity Spartan Cafe located at One Spartan Way, Merrimack, NH 03054. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Previous baking experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to recipes and production specifications.
- Aid in production planning to meet daily requirements.
- Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes, adhering to production standards, and using appropriate equipment.
- Complete production records, including waste tracking, portion tracking, and reporting shortages to supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils within the work area.
- Handle foods safely and appropriately during preparation and service.
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris.
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and customer-service oriented manner.
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
- Work calmly, accurately, and efficiently during peak production and service times.
- Ensure that all food is presented, served, and displayed according to standards.
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines in handling food and equipment.
- Perform shift work as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner.
Qualifications
Previous baking experience is preferred. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service are available at select locations. Internal Employee Referral Bonus is available.

Pay
The pay range is $21.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour. Full-time positions also offer additional benefits such as Life Insurance/AD, Disability Insurance, and Commuter Benefits.
